Non-Delivery:If you do not receive the purchased ebook within 24 hours of completing your payment, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Non-Refundable Fees
All refunds are subject to a non-refundable fee totaling 10% of the original purchase price. This fee covers:
PayPal Transaction Fees:Charges incurred during the payment process.
Currency Conversion Fees:Applicable if the purchase involves currency exchange, typically done when the USD in the receiving PayPal acocunt is transfered to local bank acocunt of the seller which is non USD.
Administrative/Processing Fees:Costs associated with handling the refund request.
This 10% fee applies to all refunds, regardless of the reason for the refund request, be it customer requested or company initiated.
Complimentary Ebooks and Refunds
As part of our promotional offer, customers may claim two complimentary ebooks upon receipt of the primary ebook purchased.
Waiver of Refund Rights:By requesting the complimentary ebooks, you acknowledge satisfaction with your purchase and waive any rights to a refund.
Request for Complimentary Ebooks:Once the complimentary ebooks is requested (even if it was not yet delivered), no refund requests will be entertained. When the customer replied with the title of the complimentary ebook or ebooks he/she want to claim, it is deemed a request for the same.
Quality of Content
Our ebooks are intended for general informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional advice.We do not offer refunds based on the content’s quality, relevance, or applicability to individual circumstances.
Finality of Sale
All sales are considered final upon the delivery of the ebook(s). Our obligations are deemed fulfilled once the ebook(s) have been sent to the email address provided during purchase.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund request:

Review:Our team will review your request within 7 days (from the time we received your refund request) and determine eligibility based on the criteria outlined in this policy. You should receive via email our decision on your refund request (Refund Request Decision email) within this 7-day period.
Processing: If approved, Approved refunds will be initated/processed within 21 business days (from the time we sent our Refund Request Decision email). The amount will be credited back to the original payment method, minus the non-refundable 10% fee, and may appear on your bank acocunt following the PayPal’s timeframe and your banks processing timeframe for refunds.
